Project Control
To assure that each project is built to the highest standards, Roszak/ADC's development team acts as its own construction manager to oversee the work. Thomas Roszak is an architect with a degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology. Since 1988 he has been professionally involved in a number of high profile Chicagoland projects.
