	Sienna delivers a "community within a community: to Evanston Today's New Homes - Pioneer Press November 3-4, 2004 Architect and developer Roszak/ADC has broken ground on its newest multi-family community in the heart of downtown Evanston. The project will incorporate an oasis of fountains, lush green gardens, multi-level terraces and colorful displays of work from local artists. The four-phase project, on the corner of Clark and Ridge, will be one of the largest ever undertaken in the community. Four mid-rise condominium buildings totaling 220 units anchor the four corners of the "community within a community" and are flanked by 7 town-homes that surround a massive inner park. Naturally shaded seating areas throughout the park area will bring residents together in a social setting. Traditional brickwork with limestone, copper detailing and an abundance of glass were used to maximize the amount of natural light and flexibility in the floor plans, the signature style of any Roszak/ADC design. One- to three-bedroom condominiums at Sienna are from the mid-$200,000s to the low-$400,000s and include one or two parking spaces. Seventh and eighth-floor penthouses are available, with eighth floor units having trellised terraces.
